2. I Need Your Identification Because It’s Protocol
One user confessed, “I need your identification information because we are at a bank. I don’t care who you say you are. You aren’t the person you’re claiming to be until I have proof. You can’t just walk into the bank, ask for 10k and not expect to be verified.
“So stop giving me a hard time protecting your money for you.” Another shared, “Similar boat but at a hotel. Yes, I need proper identification to run your credit card, which must be in your name.

3. Apostrophes Don’t Make Words Plural
Apostrophes don’t make words plural,” one replied. “Oh my gosh, yes. So sick and tired of all the ‘mama’s’ with their ‘baby’s’ on forums,” another agreed. A third shared, “The ‘babys’ and ‘trys’ also irritate me. Dropping the ‘y’ to add ‘is’ on the word seems to be fading from existence.”
4. Tax Brackets
“Tax brackets. No, Jenny making an extra $5k does not mean the other $50,000 gets taxed at a higher rate. Only money in the higher bracket gets taxed at that rate, not all previous cash,” one stated.
A second replied, “I got a temp job in accounts receivable when I was fresh out of college, and I remember the director of the department telling me it was better to stay a temp than get hired on full time because my raise would mean I paid more taxes.”
“I was baffled. She had a degree in accounting!” Others suggested she knew and only hoped they didn’t. To which they replied, “I don’t know. She also complained about her kid’s common core math often.”

“Part-time chair user here. When I started, I felt like everyone was looking at me. So I would do less. Despite the fact using the wheelchair allowed me more accessibility,” another admitted.

7. Maintaining a Safe Following Distance Is the Easiest Thing To Do To Avoid Accidents
Someone volunteered, “Maintaining a safe following distance is the easiest way to avoid accidents, yet most people aren’t doing it. First, it’s impossible to react in time to prevent an accident if you’re following less than two car seconds behind someone.”
“Second, it doesn’t get you where you’re going faster. Third, the accident will always be your fault. And finally, if you want to be a safe driver, try to keep one car length for every 10 miles per hour you drive.”
8. Disagreeing With Someone’s Opinion Isn’t an Attack on Them

Finally, a third replied, “Agreed. There are polite ways to disagree and rude or arrogant ways to disagree. The latter sounds more like an argument.”

“Yeah, I’m also in IT, and it’s exhausting trying to explain things to people. However, the number of people who say they ‘don’t do computers’ (but you do and need to know some things) is upsetting,” a final user commented.
