This exercise will make you understand how good it is to keep attention on children so that they are emotionally healthy:

It is difficult to express emotions at any age. And, it is an even greater challenge to discover for the first time what and how it is that we are feeling when we are sad or angry. This is why the duo titled this short film of only 4 minutes as “Just Breathe”.

They both created this video because they were inspired by a conversation they overheard from their 5-year-old son. The little boy was talking to a friend and was telling him how his emotions affected different parts of his brain and how he had to calm down through simple breaths.

It was there when they realized that they had to spread this topic to ensure that all schools teach children this important social meaning.

How do you reconcile your emotions when you are sad or angry? Do you have any tips you want to share?
