As a mom, I am always running around, and some days I feel like I don’t have time to eat which leads me to make poor eating choices because I’m so hungry from missing meals. Missing meals is not healthy, so I’ve been trying to implement a meal replacement shake to keep me full longer, and they help me make good healthier choices for my body. 

We’re going to go through some of the best meal replacement shakes on the market today that you can try for yourself. I have tried many of these myself and love the first few in this post.

Usana Meal Replacement Shakes – 5 Day Reset 

The Usana meal replacement shakes are listed first because they are my favorite shakes. I have tried so many throughout the years, and these are my absolute favorite. Here’s why: Usana is a high-quality company that focuses on cellular nutrition. Usana is about fueling our cells to keep our bodies healthy. 

I have been taking Usana vitamins and supplements for over two years, and these are the only products I take, and I feel a difference. 

These meal replacement powders come in dutch chocolate, french vanilla, and a nutrimeal free plant-based vanilla flavor. YOu can get single-serving bags or these bigger bags shown below. 

They keep you full longer and taste great! You can mix them with your favorite fruit or with water or milk. The choice is yours. Add some ice to yours and make it a milkshake!

I’ve used ensure protein drinks quite a few times, and my husband still uses them today. They are high in protein and keep you full. They are convenient to buy since you can find them at most grocery stores. 

What’s also great about Ensure is pre-made and ready to drink. Just grab one and go. Careful not to depend on meal replacements for weight loss alone. Available flavors include strawberry cream, vanilla cream, and chocolate peanut butter.

Vega meal replacement powder has been my favorite for a long time. I love that it is vegan and is made from pea protein. I love that this is vegan protein. It tastes so good, and I can make so many delicious smoothies with it. I have never made a smoothie I didn’t like with Vega. It comes in decent-sized tubs and for a reasonable price. Vega does not contain any artificial sweeteners or flavors.

What’s great is that it is also easy to find online or in most stores. Calorie intake is essential, and is sure you are getting enough each day. Add Vega to your favorite shaker bottle.

These are, again, delicious and easy to consume because they are already made for you. You grab one and go. I am always a little turned off by the ingredients and usually prefer to make my shakes with a meal replacement powder, but these taste great and are available to purchase at most stores. Available in fudge flavored, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon flavor.

310 Meal Replacement Powder

This protein powder does check off a lot of boxes. It is keto-friendly, dairy-free. It contains 15 grams of protein and comes in a variety of flavors. It’s not vitamins and minerals, contains greens, and replaces a full meal. Shakes like these could help you lose weight, but be sure you are doing what is suggested by your medical professional.
