Our moms are normally the first to love and care for us. They help us through hard times and often give us advice when we need it. All mothers seem to have a “catchphrase,” which they often say when trying to help their children when experiencing difficulty, losing love, or even having a bad day. Sometimes these catchphrases are kind and other times. You may roll your eyes and walk away. Is your mom’s catchphrase on this list?

Another Redditor added, “We’ve got food at home.”

A third Redditor replied, “Wait! This bit’s poisoned!” Said every time she walked past me while I was eating something, then promptly followed by her grabbing the “poisoned” bit of whatever I was eating and eating it herself.”

A third user wrote, “When looking for something mom told us to find, and we either legitimately couldn’t find it, or we were being lazy: “If I find it, I’m going to beat you with it.”

A fourth user even said, “My Mother’s version of this was “I brought you into this world. I can take you out of it.”
