Taking Care Of Yourself

Busy moms need a self-care plan, we need some time to recharge no matter what our current situation is. This is why I’ve come up with this at-home self-care plan.

Excercise

Move your body for at least 20 minutes a day to help reduce some stress. Let the built up energy out and feel great afterwards. 

Tip 1

Take a Bath

Take some time to run a bath with some bubbles and. your favorite book. Relax and unwind. Taking some time for you will help you relax and reduce stress.

Tip 2

Mediate

If you're new to yoga just You Tube a guided meditation to help you start. There are so many benefits to meditation. 

Tip 3

Write in Your Journal

Take a few minutes each day to write in your journal. Write down anything that is bothering you, what you're grateful for and some affirmations.
