Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl.
Place your cauliflower mixture on a clean tea towel or your cheesecloth to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water.
Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet.
