The Best Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This is my go to recipe for a healthy Cauliflower Pizza Crust. It’s so cheesy and delicious. I love that it’s an easy substitute for your regular crust. When I’m trying to stay away from breads and pastas this always satisfies my craving.

What You’ll Need

– Cauliflower – Dried basil – Garlic powder – Dried oregano – Salt – Red pepper flakes – Mozzarella cheese – Parmesan cheese – Egg

Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.


Place your cauliflower on a clean tea towel to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water.


Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, oregano, basil. 1/4tsp of red pepper flakes. Add your egg and mix it all together.


Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet. Don’t forget the parchment paper.


Bake your pizza crust for 8 to 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from oven.
