Crispy Cauliflower Chips Recipe

Cauliflower chips are a great alternative to potato chips that will leaving you feeling great about your snack choices.

Easy to make and they taste great. Add your favorite dip and enjoy.

– 1 head of cauliflower – 2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese – 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/3 cup shredded marble cheese – Cheesecloth – Chopped peppers* (if you’d like to add some extra flavour)

Pre Heat your oven to 400F

Instructions

Stem florets of cauliflower and add to a large pot of salted boiling water.

Boil florets until tender, this takes about 12 mins.

Strain under cold water for about a minute before transferring to the food processor or blender.

Pulse the florets in your chosen shredder until they become rice sized. Pour out onto layered cheesecloth and strain all liquid out.

In a medium mixing bowl combine ingredients and mix well.

Scoop mixture into little balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Serve immediately with your choice of dip.
