This is my go-to recipe for a healthy Cauliflower Pizza Crust. It’s so cheesy and delicious. I love that it’s an easy substitute for your regular crust.
– Cauliflower – Dried basil – Garlic powder – Dried oregano – Salt – Red pepper flakes
Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.
Place your cauliflower florets in the food processor. You don’t need much stem at all.
Add Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil. Red pepper flakes, add your egg and mix it all together.
Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet. Don’t forget the parchment paper.
Bake your pizza crust for 8 to 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove your baked crust from the oven.
