Different Ways to Use Cauliflower

Some Dip Suggestions I love red hot. I will put that *h*t on anything! So good, I can’t get enough. Another one of my favourites is ranch. You just can’t go wrong! You could even use both at the same time! Coat your cauliflower chips with some red hot then dip them into some ranch.

This recipe is so good for you and you can make it for so many things. These are crispy and have a delicious cheesy taste.

What You Need.

– 1 head of cauliflower – 2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese – 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/3 cup shredded marble cheese – Cheesecloth – Chopped peppers* (if you’d like to add some extra flavour)

Instructions:

Pre Heat your oven to 400F 1. Stem florets of cauliflower and add to a large pot of salted boiling water. 2. Boil florets until tender, this takes about 12 mins. 3. Strain under cold water for about a minute before transferring to the food processor or blender.

Instructions:

4. Pulse the florets in your chosen shredder until they become rice sized. Pour out onto layered cheesecloth and strain all liquid out. 5. In a medium mixing bowl combine ingredients and mix well. 6. Scoop mixture into little balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
