Easy, Quick,  No-Bake Energy Bites!

No bake, easy, delicious snacks for the whole family. Also an added ingredient for nursing mothers!


Plain Oats Peanut Butter Shredded Coconut  Brewers Yeast Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Ground Flax Seed Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract


Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add your wet ingredients and then mix really well.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr. Make into balls and pop them back into the fridge for 20min. Eat and enjoy!
