This easy, high protein energy ball is the perfect snack to make ahead of time. Freeze some for later so you always have some ready to go!

Healthy Ingredients, and Easy to Make!

This is a quick and easy snack that has so many benefits and will have you feeling energized when you need it.

These bites are great when you’re craving something sweet but still want to be sure you’re eating good foods.

This recipe does not call for refined sugar. I use Maple Syrup instead because it’s a more natural sugar.

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS – 1 cup Plain Oats – 1/2 cup Peanut Butter – 1 cup Shredded Coconut – 1 tsp Brewers Yeast – 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed – 1/4 cup Maple Syrup – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add your wet ingredients and then mix really well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr. Make into balls and pop them back into the fridge for 20min.
