A good nights sleep is so important! You always feel a difference in the morning when you’ve had a good nights sleep.

I’m sure you all agree that once you become a Mom a good nights sleep is not as easy to get as it once was. When I had my 2nd child I didn’t sleep for 9 years.

Getting a good nights sleep is so important for so many reasons. Our physical health and mental health are affected by your sleep.

So if you don’t use an eye mask you want to make sure that your room is dark. I mean dark, no hallway lights, no bathroom lights.

Get Rid of All Lights In Your Room

I know this one is hard to do but trust me, it works. Get off your phone at least an hour before you go to bed.

This has to be my favorite trick. I cannot sleep with cold feet! If your feet are warm you will drift off into dream land so peacefully.
