Easy Yet Delicious Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I have tried a few different cauliflower crust recipes but this one is the best cauliflower pizza crust you will ever make.

it’s cheesy and you can actually pick it up like a real pizza. If you want to avoid the carbs but want pizza this is the recipe for you!

– 1 bag of Cauliflower (riced) or 2 cups – 1/2 tsp dried basil – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp dried oregano – pinch of salt – pinch of red pepper flakes – 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese – 1 egg

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, you need to use parchment paper so it dries get that crusty texture.

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

You can swipe up for instructions on how to rice your cauliflower yourself.

Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

Place your cauliflower on a clean tea towel to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water.  You will have to do this a few times to get all the water out. The more water you get out the better your crust will be.

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, oregano, basil. 1/4tsp of red pepper flakes (optional, this will give it a little kick) Add your egg and mix it all together..

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet. Don’t forget the parchment paper.

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

Bake your pizza crust for 8 to 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from oven.

Let the crust cool and start adding your toppings!!
