Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.
Place your cauliflower on a clean tea towel to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water. You will have to do this a few times to get all the water out. The more water you get out the better your crust will be.
Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, oregano, basil. 1/4tsp of red pepper flakes (optional, this will give it a little kick) Add your egg and mix it all together..
Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet. Don’t forget the parchment paper.
Bake your pizza crust for 8 to 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from oven.
Let the crust cool and start adding your toppings!!
