Also, if you have a meal planning binder you have access to printables that you can use to keep a list of freezer meals that you have, your favorite meals, and some healthy meals you already know you love. Having a meal plan binder in place is a huge time saver.
Week by week I make it a point to schedule time where I can sit down with my weekly meal template and plan out the week’s meals. One great tip is I like to keep my previous weekly plans and once a month or so I might recycle a week or two, so I’m not constantly trying to come up with new meals to make.
