These cauliflower chips I get so pumped about sharing it with my family & friends. These are easy to make and they taste so good and you can use it in so many different ways.
- Cauliflower - Parmesan cheese - Garlic powder - Shredded marble cheese - Cheesecloth - Chopped peppers
Pre Heat your oven to 400F. Stem florets of cauliflower and add to a large pot of salted boiling water.
Boil florets until tender, this takes about 12 mins.
Strain under cold water for about a minute before transferring to the food processor or blender.
Pulse the florets in your chosen shredder until they become rice sized. Pour out onto layered cheesecloth and strain all liquid out.
