Easy Honey Roasted Vegetables

You’re going to love this easy and quick recipe. This is a fantastic recipe to use up those vegetables that are in the fridge that you’re just sure what to do with before they go bad.

– Potatoes – Broccoli crown  – Red onion   – Brussels sprouts – Carrots – Garlic cloves – Honey – Sea salt and pepper


Step One:

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl combine all veggies and coat evenly with honey.

Step Two:

Add salt and pepper to taste and place veggies on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Step Three:

Roast for 20-25 mins or until desired tenderness and honey is starting to caramelize.

Let stand for 5 mins then serve.
