Butter, softened Light brown sugar White sugar Eggs Vanilla extract Salt
All-purpose flour Baking soda Quick oats (or big flaked oats) Raisins Chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until smooth and mixed well. Beat in eggs, then stir in your vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stir into the butter mixture until just blended. Remember to not over mix the dough.
Mix in quick oats, raisins, and chocolate chips. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-13 minutes in the oven with parchment paper or a cookie baking tray.
