Lacking Motivation- One Small Step at a Time

As I sit here writing this I still feel a bit down in the dumps but I’m a little more motivated and I’m glad I took some time for myself this morning.

While I was having my bath I took a few minutes to listen and it’s there that I decided to add to my Inspirational section and come write this post and pick a quote.

Break Down your Goals

If your thoughts are positive you will live a positive life! Focus on what little thing you want to happen today and make it happen!

Focus on Today

Going back to that big goal. Break it down by day. What do you need to do today to feel accomplished? I’ve started to do this recently and it really helps.

You’ll Never Get it All Done

Give yourself realistic goals. I don’t think there will ever be a day where everything you want done will actually be done & you won’t have motivation you want some days.

Give Yourself Credit and Use it as Motivation!

Break it down and give yourself credit for what you’ve accomplished today, no matter how big or how small use that as motivation to stay happy!
