Easy Honey Roasted Vegetables

You’re going to love this easy and quick recipe. This is a fantastic recipe to use up those vegetables that are in the fridge that you’re just sure what to do with before they go bad.

What You’ll Need

– Baby potatoes – Broccoli – Red onion – Brussels sprouts – Baby carrots – Garlic – Honey – Salt and pepper

In a large mixing bowl combine all veggies and coat evenly with honey.


Add salt and pepper to taste and place veggies on a parchment lined baking sheet.


Roast for 20-25 mins or until desired tenderness and honey is starting to caramelize.


Let stand for 5 mins then serve.


Cover left overs and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
