I have tried a few different cauliflower recipes but this one is the best cauliflower crust pizza recipe you will ever make, it’s cheesy and you can actually pick it up like a real pizza.

If you want to avoid the carbs but want pizza this is the recipe for you!

You can also use this recipe to make cauliflower chips and a cauliflower bake which is so good and also low carb and gluten-free. 

Top your pizza crust or bake with vegetables and you’ve got a delicious meal you can feel good about. High in protein, fiber, and flour-free.

This is my go-to recipe for a healthy Cauliflower Pizza Crust. It’s so cheesy and delicious. I love that it’s an easy substitute for your regular crust.

What You Need

– Baking sheet or pizza pan – parchment paper – cooking spray – cheesecloth or a clean dish towel – large bowl

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, you need to use parchment paper so it dries gets that crusty texture.

Once Your Cauliflower is Riced:

– Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl. – Place your cauliflower mixture on a clean tea towel or your cheesecloth to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water.
