Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, you need to use parchment paper so it dries get that crusty texture.
Place your cauliflower on a clean tea towel to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water.
Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, a pinch of salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, oregano, basil. 1/4tsp of red pepper flakes (optional, this will give it a little kick) Add your egg and mix it all together.
Once everything is mixed together you can start shaping your pizza dough on your lined baking sheet. Don’t forget the parchment paper.
Bake your pizza crust for 8 to 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let the crust cool and start adding your toppings!!
