The Best Cauliflower Pizza Crust

I have tried a few different cauliflower crust recipes but this one is the best cauliflower pizza crust you will ever make, it’s cheesy and you can actually pick it up like a real pizza. If you want to avoid the carbs but want pizza this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients

Cauliflower (riced) or 2 cups Dried basil Garlic powder Dried oregano Salt Red pepper flakes Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, you need to use parchment paper so it dries get that crusty texture.

Once your Cauliflower is riced:

Cook your riced cauliflower in the microwave for 4 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.

Place your cauliflower on a clean tea towel to cool, once it is cool enough to handle wrap it up and squeeze out the extra water. You will have to do this a few times to get all the water out. The more water you get out the better your crust will be.
