Mom Bombs

No bake, easy, delicious snacks for the whole family. Also an added ingredient for nursing mothers!

  • 1 cup Plain Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Brewers Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Add your wet ingredients and then mix really well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.
    Make into balls and pop them back into the fridge for 20min.
    Eat and enjoy!
    So easy!!
