Learning a new discipline and beginning to practice it until now we had always done it through traditional schools, through face-to-face assistance and direct contact with the tutor or teacher of that activity.

  7. Watching the chosen video first is a good option to know what postures will be done and if it adapts to what you need at the moment.
  8. Breathe calmly and consciously, if possible with the diaphragm, that is, inflating and deflating the abdomen with the breath.
  9. Always listen to the body. Without forcing him, not going beyond where he allows you. Observation is very important to avoid unnecessary injuries.
  10. It is not advisable to skip relaxation, it is very important to integrate the practice and receive all its benefits.
